If you're booking this session, you've likely worked with me before and are somewhat familiar with my format & the way I dovetail various modalities based on intuition & your desires. (If not, look around my site, and feel free to ask questions!) An hour and a half session might include opening meditation, check-in, distance Reiki, closing exchange, and homework. Some sessions incorporate transformational coaching, drawing, writing, movement (see the about section). The session is tailored to your needs & desires. No two sessions are exactly the same. You can request for the session to be centered on whatever you wish. Otherwise, Intuition guides the journey for your Highest Good, and I work with the organic mix of modalities that feels needed. My aim is to look at the big picture of your well-being, draw connections between various presenting issues, and facilitate Deep Restoration & Transformation for your entire being, bringing balance to all aspects of your Self.
