Mental / Emotional Support, Reiki, or both
Join me.
This session is tailored to your needs. If you are in need of mental & emotional support, an alternative or compliment to traditional therapy, this is a good place to start with me. We can stay with Life Coaching & Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for the hour, and incorporate a little boost of Reiki, or talk less and focus more on the energy work, as you wish. Ideally, you have already had your intake session with me so that I have a comprehensive overview of the challenges you are currently facing in your life. However, if you have not yet had a full intake appointment, we will speak briefly before we begin, to take a snapshot of the current issues at hand.
Cancellation Policy
Your payment is non-refundable, but it may be transferable to future sessions or workshops, if you cancel with at least 24 hours notice. If you cancel in less than 24 hours from the appointment, I may allow 50% credit to be applied to a future session, on a case by case basis. Please read my full policy on my Policies page.
