This journey lasts three weeks:

Mon-Sat on-demand daily chats and guided meditation to be done on your own time,

3 Sunday Lives via Zoom on the 8th, 15th, & 22nd, for group meditation & Community Check-in, exact time TBD.
I encourage you to keep a journal during this time.

RECALIBRATE is your opportunity to remember to drop in daily, out of your mind and into present moment awareness, reflect on your life, and realign, again and again, with your truest expression of self.
What to Expect:

Daily on-demand wellness talk and guided meditation focused on personal growth and integrating mindfulness into your daily life, with different themes for each day, and a private online platform to share your reflections with the group as you go.

Three Live community check-ins via Zoom on days 7, 14, and 21 to share further insights, support, connections, wisdom, and ask questions.

A safe space to review your life, engage in some soul-searching, remind your heart how to nourish yourself better, and remember Who You Are.
As we navigate these potentially stressful weeks together, you’ll cultivate and nourish a foundation of mindfulness, deepen your self-awareness, and emerge with a renewed sense of purpose and clarity. You will find a renewed sense of gratitude for your inner resources, which are free and always with you, simple things such as breath, somatic awareness, your senses, and your intuition.
RECALIBRATE Your Vibes so that you have a greater:

clarity on what seeds you would like to germinate in the dark of winter,

sense of inner peace in the face of things beyond your control, and
