Soundbath Schedule -

• 2:55 - Door opens
• 3 - Welcome / settling in / introductions
• 3:15 - Doors are locked, sound bath meditation begins
• 4/4:15 - Sharing
• 4:30 - Closing, in Gratitude

Please bring -

• Yoga mat or something to lay on
• Light blanket & Layers of clothes if you tend toward cold
• Cushion for sitting & under knees when laying down
• Something to drink
• Journal if you wish

(Some blankets will be provided, & there are usually a couple extra mats. If you are in need of a mat, please let me know.)

Experience the soul-soothing vibrations of an intuitively improvised soundscape, using live instrumentation & sound healing tools to clear the energy field and gently guide you on a journey home to your Self.

Lay down, allow yourself some time to relax, BE, surrender to the journey. Release anything that's not serving you in your life, & plant seeds of transformation in the fertile field of your consciousness.

You are guided to recline in savasana, slow everything down, and surrender to the moment. Restorative breathwork tones the Vagus nerve, resets the nervous system, & facilitates slowing of the brainwaves to the Theta state. With the support of my words, the music, & soundscapes, journey through reflection, revelation, & integration. Or simply Rest.

In our closing circle, participants are invited to share their experiences and ask any questions they may have. Sharing is optional, but this special opportunity to share a vulnerable moment in a safe space with strangers is one of the golden nuggets of this experience that seems to be universally appreciated by participants in the spaces I hold.

This sharing time also lets you fully ground back into your body and process your experience before you walk out the door.

The vibe of these sound baths is influenced by the energies of what's happening astrologically, as well as the energy of the people in the room.

Please do not drink any alcohol or eat a heavy meal before this event.

FYI - ESL Shaw - the reimagined Eighteenth Street Lounge - is a beautiful space, & the cleaning team is on point, so even though it's a bar / music venue by night, don't worry, the floors are super clean! It has a great vibe. Please help build a community here, bring a friend!
