Sitting in the Seat of Your Agency

This workshop, lovingly hosted by Artis Moon, includes dialogue, meditation, breathwork, visualization, gentle movement, drawn & written reflection, & sharing time.

The winter holidays can be a time that triggers a lot of people, with complicated family dynamics, grief, reminders of loss, bad memories surfacing, perhaps joy mingled with resentment, and a myriad of other complex emotions. Empower yourself to approach this time in a different way.

Take some time out from the busyness of the season to go inward, recalibrate your soul, and reorient yourself in the seat of your agency - the throne of your consciousness, from which you co-create your life in accordance with the Divine. It just so happens that the astrology right now supports you in this endeavor.

Learn / remember practical tools for now & throughout the year: erecting and upholding healthy boundaries, protecting your energy when going into stressful or hurtful situations, and maintaining autonomy over your energy and emotions. Harness the mind-body connection to notice somatic cues which tip you off when your train is about to derail. Learn to use the power of the breath, and matter over mind, to maintain equanimity in the day-to-day & reign yourself in when your mind or emotions are wreaking havoc.

Drawing/writing materials will be supplied, although you are welcome to bring your own, including your journal.

PLEASE BE PREPARED:

• Yoga mat / something to lay on,
• cushion for sitting,
• comfortable clothing / layers
• light cover,
• any art or writing supplies you’d like to bring,
• something to drink.
